Q:  Who may join IncrediNet?

A: Membership of our company is open to anybody. We have two marketing strategies; IncrediVIP is aimed at the individual subscriber while the IncrediMetals programme is aimed at organisations.

Q:  Can anybody be a participant in the IncrediMetals programme?

A: Unfortunately not. The IncrediMetals programme is aimed primarily at organisations which have access to their own member bodies and wish to generate supplementary revenue without losing focus of their core business. Examples of such organisations are schools and sports & social clubs.

Q:  Does the IncrediMetals participant lose its grading if there is a change in the size of its membership body?

A: Not necessarily. The size of such membership body will be established at the end of each month. This will ensure that the grading of the participant will be awarded on a fair and consistent basis. A change in the size of the membership body can work in favour of as well as against the participant. It depends on the circumstances.

Q:  If the IncrediMetals participant terminates its membership of the programme, does it continue to receive rebates on the IncrediVIP members it has recruited?

A: In order to qualify for these rebates, the organisation is required to be a participant in the programme.

Q:  How many subscribers can a participant recruit?

A: In theory, this is determined by the size of your recruit base. However, there is nothing stopping a participant from recruiting subscribers from outside it’s recruit base. This even helps the participant to achieve a higher grading. You must note though, that the maximum grading a participant can achieve is that of “Platinum”. That means that if you recruit more subscribers than there are members in your recruit base, you will receive the maximum rebate of 20% on all your recruits.

Q:  Surely there is a limit to how much money the participant can make using the IncrediMetals system. What is the limit?

A: The amount of rebates we pay out is dependent on the revenue generated by our members. As long as revenue is being generated, rebates will be paid. Since there is no limit to the number of recruits the participant can sponsor, the only limitation in the IncrediMetals programme is the amount of effort the participant is willing to put into the programme.

Q:  One of the members of our organisation is already a member of IncrediVIP but sponsored by somebody else. Can they transfer their sponsorship from their current sponsor to ourselves?

A:  If a member of the IncrediVIP programme is sponsored by a fellow IncrediVIP member, the sponsorship cannot be changed. Should such a change in sponsor be allowed to take place, it would lead to earnings being taken away from the members upline unfairly. However, a change in sponsor will be allowed if the current sponsor is another participant in the IncrediMetals programme. This is possible as there are no upline (beyond the sponsor) implications to consider.

Q:  It seems that the rebates paid by IncrediNet can amount to very large sums of money. Does the company have sufficient resources to meet all of its obligations?

A:  The value of rebates paid is directly variable to revenue generated by the recruits of the participants. No revenue, no rebate. This guarantees the participants of the programme that there will always be sufficient funds to pay out the rebates earned by and due to them.

Q:  When and how do rebates get paid?

A:  Rebates are processed on confirmed subscriptions on the 15th of each month. A confirmed subscription is one that has been certified as paid by our bankers. The payment of the rebates to subscribers is done electronically on the last day of each month. Should a member be recruited during the month, a pro-rata rebate will be paid at the end of the month following the appointment.

Q:  What happens if my recruits don't pay their subscriptions?

A:  Their account will remain active for ten working days following the payment due date. They will receive an e-mail notifying them that the payment has become overdue by the third working day of the new month. Should the balance remain unpaid the account will unfortunately have to be suspended.

Q:  Does the company provide its subscribers with assistance in developing their websites?

A:  Unfortunately not. However, included in your IncrediNet CD, you will receive a free website development tool and our helpdesk will be available to assist you in publishing your site to the world wide web.

Q:  Does my subscription allow me to surf the web for as long as I like?

A:  Yes. For a mere R99.00 a month you have totally unlimited access to the Internet. The only costs you will incur will be those of your telephone calls.

Q:  What is an alias e-mail address?

A: Each subscriber will be allowed to register 5 different e-mail addresses within the incredinet.co.za domain. For example, an individual may the following different e-mail addresses:

john@incredinet.co.za

john_smith@incredinet.co.za

etc

Q:  What is web mail?

A: Web mail is a facility that allows the user to access their e-mail directly off the Internet with an ordinary web browsing tool from anywhere in the world, thus avoiding expensive long distance telephone calls when travelling abroad.
