Q:  Who may join IncrediNet?

A: Membership of our company is open to anybody. We have two marketing strategies; IncrediVIP is aimed at the individual subscriber while the IncrediMetals programme is aimed at organisations.

Q:  Can the sponsor of an IncrediVIP member be changed?

A: Such changes will only be allowed where both the existing sponsor as well as the proposed sponsor are members of the IncrediMetals programme. If this is not the case, the change cannot be processed as it would lead to earnings being taken away from the members existing upline, or awarded to the proposed new upline, unfairly.

Q:  Why do your IncrediVIP members only receive rebates on subscribers up to four levels below themselves?

A: As your downlines grow deeper, it becomes increasingly difficult for you to work with the members in the deeper levels. By limiting rebates to the fourth level, IncrediNet encourages you to invest your time developing new downlines by sponsoring new direct recruits. This allows you the opportunity to earn cash faster and easier.

QMy friends tell me to beware of pyramid systems. Why should I not be worried about IncrediNet?

A: You should always treat a new relationship with caution. However, a true Network Marketing company always offers a product to its customers at a reasonable price. The customers always receive good value for their money. Pyramid schemes, on the other hand usually lack such a service or product. Their members pay hard earned money in the hope of receiving huge returns on their “investment”. In IncrediNet’s case, the product being offered is an Internet dial-up account at a price which compares very well with other ISP’s. IncrediNet is most definitely not a pyramid system.

QWill my membership in IncrediNet form part of my estate on my death?

A: Of course it will. Depending on the downlines you have created, your membership will mean financial revenue for your beneficiaries. The only requirement for them to qualify for the inheritance is that they must take over your position in the organisation.

QWill all of the subscribers that I refer to IncrediNet be placed in my downline?

A: On application to become a new member, applicants are requested to nominate their sponsors. The new member will be linked to the nominated sponsor on our computer system and once this link has been established, it will not be changed in future. If a sponsor is not nominated, these members will be placed as direct recruits of the company. We recommend that you assist your new recruits to complete their application forms. This will ensure that the correct sponsor is nominated from the start.

QAm I limited to having only one IncrediNet subscription?

A: Of course not. However, just like a good marriage, you should carefully consider whether the additional benefit justifies the extra costs involved.

QHow many subscribers can I recruit?

A: There is no limit to the number of recruits you can sponsor. But remember, the more you recruit, the more you can earn.

QSurely there is a limit to how much money I can make using the IncrediVIP system. What is the limit?

A: The amount of rebates we pay out is dependent on the revenue generated by our members. As long as revenue is being generated, rebates will be paid. Since there is no limit to the number of recruits you can sponsor, the only limitation in the IncrediVIP system is your own ambition.

QWhat should I be doing as a sponsor?

A: As an IncrediNet sponsor you should be working with your recruits on a regular basis to help them to build and expand their own downlines. A good sponsor also works closely with the downlines of their direct recruits to help these people grow and develop as much as possible.

QWhat happens if a member of my downline terminates his subscription?

A: Should this happen, you will be notified by e-mail to allow you the opportunity to retain the subscriber. Should the person terminate their subscription nevertheless, their position will be held vacant until they decide to return to IncrediNet. The company will not move members up to replace vacant levels as this will penalise the subscribers below these levels.

QCan a subscriber rejoin the company after they have terminated their subscription with IncrediNet?

A: IncrediNet members will always be welcome to rejoin the company. And even better, they will not lose the downlines they had previously created.

QWhen and how do rebates get paid?

A: Rebates are processed on confirmed subscriptions on the 15th of each month. A confirmed subscription is one that has been certified as paid by our bankers. The payment of the rebates to subscribers is done electronically on the last day of each month. Should a member be recruited during the month, a pro-rata rebate will be paid at the end of the month following the appointment.

QWhat if somebody joins IncrediNet during the month. Do they pay the full subscription?

A: Of course not. The subscriber will be charged a pro-rata portion of the full subscription. The amount charged will also be the amount used for the determination of the rebates to the new subscriber’s upline.

QAre the downlines of members limited to the town or city in which the member lives?

A: Not at all. However, due to exchange control regulations and the implications of foreign currency conversions, your network needs to be operated in South African Rands. That means that you have the whole South African market at your disposal.

QWhat happens if my recruits don't pay their subscriptions?

A: Their account will remain active for ten working days following the payment due date. They will receive an e-mail notifying them that the payment has become overdue by the third working day of the new month. Should the balance remain unpaid the account will unfortunately have to be suspended.

QIt seems that very large sums of money will be paid out by IncrediNet in rebates. How can the company afford to do this?

A: By applying a Network Marketing strategy, IncrediNet does not spend large amounts of money on conventional advertising. Instead, this money is reinvested in our networks.

QDoes the company provide its subscribers with assistance in developing their websites?

A: Unfortunately not. However, included in your IncrediNet CD, you will receive a free website development tool and our helpdesk will be available to assist you in publishing your site to the world wide web.

QDoes my subscription allow me to surf the web for as long as I like?

A: Yes. For a mere R99.00 a month you have totally unlimited access to the Internet. The only costs you will incur will be those of your telephone calls.

QWhat is an alias e-mail address?

A: Each subscriber will be allowed to register 5 different e-mail addresses within the incredinet.co.za domain. For example, an individual may the following different e-mail addresses:

john@incredinet.co.za

john_smith@incredinet.co.za

etc

QWhat is web mail?

A: Web mail is a facility that allows the user to access their e-mail directly off the Internet with an ordinary web browsing tool from anywhere in the world, thus avoiding expensive long distance telephone calls when traveling abroad.
